Visa policy & Requirements
Know before you go
All nationalities travelling to the country for tourism or any other reason are required to apply for an entry visa except for visa exemption countries.
There is an electronic visa, which you can apply for depending on the port of entry through which you enter the country. The visa that is requested online is called E-visa, it is the most comfortable and simple one, so as long as your port of entry is one of the allowed ones, it is the most recommended one.
E-Visa
The Cambodia e-Visa is available to citizens of all countries worldwide. This visa can only be applied for online. It is a single entry visa, valid for 30 days from the date of arrival in the country. Has a validity of 3 month, starting from the date of issue.
The E-Visa can only be used at the following ports of entry:
By air

Phnom Penh International Airport.

Siem Reap International Airport.

Preah Sihanouk International Airport.
By land

Cham Yeam (Koh Kong) -via Thailand.

Poi Pet (Banteay Meanchey) -through Thailand.

Bavet (Svay Rieng) -through Vietnam.

Dong Tropaeng Kreal Border Post, (Stung Treng) -through Laos.
With this visa, you can:
Stay in Cambodia for up to 30 days at a time.
Enjoy a holidays, visit your family or friends or cruise, or attend a cultural event.
Study or train for up to 30 days.
To be eligible for this visa, you must:
Have a valid passport: The passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of entry into Cambodia.
Recent passport-size picture.
- Yellow fever vaccine if you are coming from an endemic country.

Citizens of the following countries can enter to Cambodia 30 days without a visa, rest of the passport holders must apply for a visa in order to entering to Cambodia:

Laos
Malaysia
Maldives
Philippines
Singapore
Vietnam
Seychelles (15 days)
Brunei (14 days)
Myanmar (14 days)
Thailand (14 days)
COVID-19 Requirements
Due to COVID-19 pandemic, all travelers who wants to visit Cambodia must be fully vaccinated. The definition of full COVID vaccination for the Cambodia government involves receiving two doses of an approved vaccine.
Travelers who aren’t fully vaccinated need to take an antigen-test when they arrive in the country.
